
The error message says ACT! by Sage has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Naturally, I told Microsoft about the problem 100 times or so before I figured out what wrong.
Do you know what it was?
Well, when I installed the new version of ACT! it loaded so slowly, I thought the mouse click did not take. So, I double clicked it. And since then I have always double clicked it to open it.
That was the problem. When you double click it opens the program twice and they interfere with each other. After $45 to tech support, I figured this out.
Also fixed another problem with ACT Contact Management today.
